Join our free symposium! Sign up for the 4th Annual Central California Coastal Wildlife Disturbance Symposium and help collaborate for the conservation of our coastal wildlife!
Be a part of the collaboration for coastal wildlife conservation. Join our free symposium in the beautiful Bing Boardroom of the Monterey Bay Aquarium where you will have a stunning view of Monterey Bay while working with others to shape the future of wildlife protection. In the spirit of collaboration, those participating in this gathering will learn of the latest efforts to mitigate human-caused disturbance to an array of coastal species, discuss ideas in a group forum, and network with people from agencies and organizations throughout the state and beyond who are working to protect coastal wildlife.
The goal of this symposium is to maximize our shared efforts to mitigate human-caused disturbance to coastal wildlife. In this setting, we will work together to foster agreement upon common strategies and messaging, create a forum to share new ideas, and support collaboration. Working together and pooling knowledge and resources, we can make each of our jobs easier and our efforts more successful.
Highlights of this symposium include:
– Discussing current wildlife-disturbance-related efforts across taxa
– Introducing innovative strategies and techniques for mitigating wildlife disturbance
– Showcasing examples of successful collaborative efforts
